Elliot Court

Named in honour of Phyllis and Winston Elliott, long time residents and contributors to the West Vancouver community, Elliot Court is an innovative development that provides greater housing choice while maintaining a desire to maintain the character and identity of the neighbourhood.

Situated on the southern edge of the British Properties, the development maximizes the pristine natural settings of the area. The 48 dwelling development will be organized into three distinct courts, which are connected by a beautifully landscaped walking path. Parking will be available above ground, reserving the surface for a pedestrian friendly environment. The project will be close to public transportation and amenities.

Elliot court also addresses a growing concern for Vancouver: the need for greater housing choice and accessibility. The unique design of this project will allow residents to downsize and remain in their existing neighbourhoods regardless of their age or ability.
